[Ceph] [RGW Multisite] How to recreate the secondary zone after disaster recovery or secondary cluster redeployment

Issue

• The secondary site cluster was redeployed from scratch. While pulling the realm and the current period on the secondary site fetches all zonegroup information, the secondary zone doesn't exist (radosgw-admin zone list doesn't show it either).
• How to restore secondary zone from multisite RGW environment?

• Getting error while creating zone from name as previous one.

     failed to add zone zone2 to zonegroup rgw1: (17) File exists
