Issue

• Why does the Route CR allow values higher than the supported for the router.openshift.io/haproxy.health.check.interval annotation?
• Why does the interval value higher than 24 days in the route annotation router.openshift.io/haproxy.health.check.interval causes malfunction in the ingress routers pods?
