Node got stuck in booting state after node restart in RHOCP 4

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Nodes get stuck during the boot process with some jobs pending for hours.

  • Node got stuck in booting state with below error:

    (1 of 2) A start job is running for Writes IP address confi crio services select a valid node IP (3h 31min 5s / no limit)
(2 of 2) A start job is running for Populates resolv.conf according to on-prem IPI needs (3h 35min 6s / no limit)
