How to set permissions on a core captured by systemd-coredump?

Issue

• How to set permissions on a core captured by systemd-coredump?
• We need to grant application users and developer groups access to core files of their applications which have crashed.
• Application core dumps created with systemd-coredump are only accessible by the root user
• The core dump file is only readable by root
