VM fails to start with FailedCreatePodSandBox error after adding a vlanID to the NetworkAttachmentDefinition using a OVN localnet network
Issue
- We want to add a vlan ID to some NetworkAttachmentDefinitions (NADs) in different namespaces. All NADs are using the same OVN localnet bridge mapping.
- We have stopped all workloads using the NADs, deleted the NADs and created them again with the new vlanID configuration.
- When starting the VMs, some of them fail to start while others start correctly.
