Does the OpenTelemetry integration with APIcast support b3 type propagation?
Issue
- APIcast doesn't set the Nginx directives "opentelemetry_propagate" or "opentelemetry_propagate b3" when OpenTelemetry is enabled. As a result, IBM Instana cannot trace calls across APIcast instances.
