ACM Worker node installation is stuck in the 'Installing' state, despite having already completed successfully.

Issue

• Node added through ACM shows as "Installing step 9/9" in the GUI indefinitely.
• The worker node functions properly, enabling workload scheduling despite its reported status.
• The Hive (management component) confirms successful installation, but ACM GUI remains stuck.

• Eventually, the ACM GUI shows a "failed" status with a timeout error:

  Error
  This host failed its installation.
  Host failed to install because its installation stage Done took longer than expected 1h0m0s.
  

• The issue began after changing the API certificate for the managed cluster.
