Ceilometer fails to collect instances data on the compute nodes
Issue
- Ceilometer collection is impacted on the compute nodes and
ceilometer_agent_computecontainer logs throwing error accessing libvirt. - Ceilometer fails to collect the data from libvirt whenever nova libvirt containers are restarted on the compute nodes.
