Unable to find a keyring on /etc/ceph/ceph.client.admin.keyring during RHOSP 17.1 FFU
Issue
- during FFU on a directory deployed ceph, at the control plane system upgrade step, after LEAPP upgrade, /etc/ceph content get deleted and deploy fails for keyring missing
