Issue

  • After the upgrade process, pods can't be mounted or created.
  • New pvs created from the thin or thin-csi storageclasses are stuck in Pending state and existent pvs provided from the same storageclasses are unable to be mounted.

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) 4.10+
  • VMware vSphere.
  • vSphere CSI drivers.
