satellite-installer command fails with error unable to load Private Key in Red Hat Satellite 6

Issue

• satellite-installer command fails on Red Hat Satellite server with below error:

  Error 1: Puppet Private_key resource '/etc/candlepin/certs/candlepin-ca.key' failed. Logs:
