Vector log forwards all the logs at the same AWS Role in RHOCP 4

Issue

• It's configured the clusterLogForwarder for log forwarding to AWS CloudWatch using different AWS Roles, but they are log forwarded at the same AWS role.
• When it's configured Vector for log forwarding to AWS CloudWatch using different AWS roles, all the logs are sent to only one AWS role
• Can't use multiple AWS role secrets in a single clusterLogForwarder when authenticating to CloudWatch via STS
