Failed initializing vhost-user memory map and network is not available from DPDK instance
Issue
- Even though a DPDK instance starts normally and an IP address is correctly configured on the interface, pinging the gateway results in a network unreachable error.
- Capturing packets on a dpdk interface with ovs-tcpdump does not capture any packets.
- The log from the Libvirt VM shows an error indicating a failure in initializing the memory map.
