Why does SELinux context of /etc/shadow change when NIS-user's password is changed from NIS-client?
Issue
- Password change operation by the NIS User from NIS Client changes the SELinux context of the file
/etc/shadowon NIS Server. - Running the command
yppasswd <nis-user>from NIS Client change context of file/etc/shadow/on NIS Server fromshadow_ttoetc_t.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- NIS Server(Master) running on RHEL 7/8
