Unable to activate RHEV-H node after upgrade to RHEV 3.2

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

  • After Upgrading to RHEV-M version 3.2, a RHEV-H was put into maintenance mode. After being in maintenance mode, the server is unable to be reactivated even though no changes were made to the server.
  • Attempting to upgrade the server manually to version 3.2 (RHEL 6.4) and also reinstalling it with both version 3.1 and 3.2 still leads to the following errors:
2013-Nov-20, 05:36 Failed to connect Host HOSTNAME to Storage Pool Default
2013-Nov-20, 05:36 Host HOSTNAME cannot access one of the Storage Domains attached to the Data Center Default. Setting Host state to Non-Operational.
2013-Nov-20, 05:36 Host HOSTNAME reports about one of the Active Storage Domains as Problematic.
