Content View promote fails with undefined method `get_status' for nil:NilClass in finalize phase

- Having a Content View (CV) associated with many Content Hosts
- Randomly deleting the (Content) Hosts
- Publishing or promoting the CV to a Lifecycle Environment (LE) fails with undefined method `get_status' for nil:NilClass in the finalize phase of the task
