The subscription status of the host shows as "Unentitled" in the WebUI, but the host's CLI shows it as "subscribed".

Issue

• In Red Hat Satellite WebUI subscription status of the host seems to be unsubscribed whereas the host command line shows as subscribed.
• The system's subscription information shows as Unentitled both in the GUI and via the API. However, the system has a valid subscription, and the subscription-manager command on the system displays the correct status and UUID identity.
