New relay server facing authentication issue

Issue

  • Received the following authentication error when attempting to send a mail using new relay server.
 Apr 23 17:17:38 smtp1 postfix/smtp[26891]: B088210035D: to=<test123.xyz@xyz.com>, relay=test.relayserver.com[x.x.x.x]:587, delay=2, delays=0.05/0.84/0.93/0.13, dsn=5.7.0, status=bounced (host test.relayserver.com[x.x.x.x] said: 530 5.7.0 authentication required (in reply to MAIL FROM command))
