Possibility to apply KubeSchedulerConfiguration to configure cluster-level constraints
Issue
- We would like to configure Cluster-level default constraints to support application in achieving desired availability without requiring them to apply anything specific to their application manifest.
- Does OpenShift support Cluster-level default constraints?
