OSP Expansion failure on computer nodes about the error with checking 'ipaclient_otp is defined' failed

Issue

• We use IDM as the dns server for the OSP cluster. And we create a new node role on the OSP16 cluster and add new compute nodes to the new node role. It failed during expansion and the following error appeared in the output:
