LokiStack alerts are not firing despite Loki not being healthy

After deploying a
LokiStack, an "ingester" Pod is not ready. Despite this issue, there are no alerts about this issue, why is that so? -
There were no alerts, however the alerting rules
LokiStackWriteRequestErrorsandLokiRequestErrorsreturned 100 (meaning 100% of write requests return with an error), but the alert is not firing.
