Getting "Could not sync users: UnknownError" exception when importing users with LDAP on RHBK

Issue

  • An "UnknownError: Could not sync users" exception occurs when attempting to import users from the UserFederation.
  • No corresponding exception line is visible in the RHBK server logs.
