net.ipv4.tcp_retries2kernel tunable take effect immediately? - Is the currently connected session also affected? Or will the newly connected session be affected? Please advise the scope of applying the kernel tunable
- What is the behaviour of
sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_retries2 = xon existing TCP sockets?
