Issue

OpenShift-gitops operator version 1.10.3 has the fix for the TargetDown alert firing in the openshift-operators namespace but alert is still reported:

100% of the openshift-gitops-operator-metrics-service/openshift-gitops-operator-metrics-service targets in openshift-gitops namespace have been unreachable for more than 15 minutes.This may be a symptom of network connectivity issues, down nodes, or failures within these components. Assess the health of the infrastructure and nodes running these targets and then contact support.
