DB2 database resource cannot be promoted
Issue
Secondary cluster node was not able to run the DB2 resource after primary node was fenced.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 8, 9 (with the High Availability Add On)
- Pacemaker cluster with DB2 resource
