Procedure to swap kubeapiserver LogLevel from "Normal" to "Debug/Trace" mode via PGT(PolicyGenTemplate)

Issue

One of our Telco partners wanted to know if there is a way to modify/set kubeapiserver's LogLevel to "Debug" or any other possible modes (set to "Normal" by default) via ACM/ZTP pipeline using PolicyGenTemplate.
