[dnf-automatic] implement reboot after upgrades
Issue
- Currently
dnf-automaticdoes not support an automatic reboot after applying upgrades. - One would like to use the "reboot" or "reboot_command" options that are available upstream, and wanted to see if this is possible in later release of
dnf-automaticin RHEL 8/9.
