The API to list all systems consuming a subscription number shows incorrect entitlement quantity

Issue

• Data inconsitency between RHEL Customer portal UI and API data

• The below API to list all systems consuming a subscription shows incorrect value for totalEntitlementQuantity parameter:

  https://api.access.redhat.com/management/v1/subscriptions/{SubscriptionNumber}/systems
  

• When using the API to list all systems consuming a subscription, it shows "totalEntitlementQuantity": 2, although system has 1 entitlement attached as can be seen from Customer Portal web UI, as well as the API to fetch system details shows correct value for entitlementsAttachedCount
