Worker Nodes are not getting added during IPI installation on vSphere in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • While performing the IPI installation on vSphere following error is seen:

    failed to create EthernetCardBackingInfo for DistributedVirtualPortgroup:dvportgroup-1361795: System.Read privilege required for config.distributedVirtualSwitch

  • The above error blocks the worker nodes to get added to the cluster in RHOCP 4.
