RHACM Policy is showing as "No status"

Issue

• In the Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (RHACM) UI, policies on one cluster are showing "No Status" as their Compliance Status.

• The Policy is not showing a "compliant" field in the "status" field:
