[RFE] Include Application Streams lifecycle data within the Product Life Cycle Data app

Issue

• A list containing all software in use with showing the End of Life (EoL) dates for documentation purpose and upgrade/migration planning needs to be maintained
• The creation of documentation and upgrade/migration plans should happen using a CI/CD tool chain to reduce operational costs and issues due to manual tasks
• Life Cycle information, e.g. release and retirement dates for packages shipped with, e.g. RHEL, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and Satellite are made available via an API that is accessible for customers
• Requested data should be returned in JSON format for further processing
