Cloud-init creates network config files under sysconfig directory in RHEL9
Issue
- The
cloud-initshipped in RHEL9 is still creating networking configuration files in/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/instead placing them under/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/, the default location used by NetworkManager.
