http.timeout is not honored with fluentd collector in RHOCP 4
Issue
clusterlogforwarder.spec.outputs.http.timeoutis not present in the fluentd configuration generated by the operator- the HTTP requests are timing out before of the value defined in
clusterlogforwarder.spec.outputs.http.timeout
