Operator subscriptions are throwing errors after updating RHOCP to 4.14 version

Issue

• Operators are working fine but subscriptions are throwing below error messages.

• Catalog source pods are available and healthy but OLM controller is unable reconcile the current status of the catalog source connection inside the operator subscription.
