Cluster has some importer-xyz pods looping with errors and retries, deleting the pod does not work as they are re-created

Issue

• Cluster has pods named importer-abc-def in CrashLoopBackOff state, they are erroring out continuously and never complete.
• Unable to delete such pods as they come back.
