Issue

• Red Hat Satellite services fail with the following error after upgrading from version 6.9 to 6.10:

Some services are not running (pulpcore-worker@1.service, pulpcore-worker@2.service, pulpcore-worker@3.service, dynflow-sidekiq@orchestrator, foreman, dynflow-sidekiq@worker, dynflow-sidekiq@worker-hosts-queue)
