AMQ broker on Azure VM logs "lost the lock according to the monitor"

Issue

Rather strange behaviour of the AMQ broker has been reported, when running AMQ on ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift), and with Azure Disk virtualization.

Administrative operations on the broker's message store on the Azure virtual disk, which might be as non-invasive as running ls, cause the broker to log a warning message:

2024-02-12 05:50:45,598 WARN [org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.server.impl.FileLockNodeManager] Lost the lock according to the monitor, notifying listeners
