How to activate Byteman on EAP 7 on OCP 4 as statically using with OCP secret

Issue

• We need to plug in a Byteman Rule on all EAP Pods as easily as possible.
• OCP secret limit size 1MB and easy to mount to a pod. So would like to use it for activating a Byteman rule.
