Cannot see logs in console log section showing " Minified React error #306" in RHOCP4

Issue

  • Unable to see logs in RHOCP web console while using Google Chrome and Brave as Web browser.

  • Web console=>Administrator=>Observe=>Logs section showing "Minified React error #306".

Resolution

  • As of writing the article, there is no solution, the only possible workaround is to use Mozilla firefox browser to access the console
  • There were some instances (in RHOCP 4.19) where the issue was solved by using the Google Chrome browser.

Root Cause

This issue was reported to Red Hat Engineering and it can be tracked in Bug OCPBUGS-17155.

Diagnostic Steps

Login to web console navigate to Administrator=>Observe=>Logs section.
