FFU 16to17. System upgrade process is interrupted after undercloud reboot
Issue
- Director node boots RHEL 8 OS instead of RHEL 9-based initial RAM disk image created by Leapp during system upgrade
- Director booted RHEL 8 after running
openstack undercloud upgrade --yes --system-upgradeand rebooting undercloud node
Environment
- Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 director node bootstrapped from official RHEL 8.4 image
