Collector pods not running in RHOCP 4
Issue
- After upgrading from Red Hat OpenShift Logging 5.7 to 5.8 all the collector pods have dissapeared
- With the upgrade to Red Hat OpenShift Logging 5.8, the collector daemonset doesn't exist
