VMs connected to a bridge are disconnected after changing the bridge settings
Issue
- In a RHEL hypervisor we have modified some settings in a network bridge with NetworkManager, then we have applied the settings with
nmcli connection up <BRIDGE>. - All VMs connected to the bridge are disconnected.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.x, 9.x
- Network bridge
- KVM Virtual Machines
