Getting Error while accessing horizon dashboard ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE

Issue

• Accessing dashboard by Chrome browser doesn't work, while it works by Microsoft Edge one
• The dashboard certificate and its CA are not expired, however Chrome browser is showing as "not secure" at address url bar
