ironic cleanup fails with - certificate is not yet valid

Issue

The command baremetal node provide will run internally a node cleanup. The cleanup is failing with the following error:

Node failed to start the first cleaning step. Error: Connection to agent failed: Failed to connect to the agent running on node 121d2e0c-8d72-4ea0-93d3-427dbc635119 for invoking command clean.get_clean_steps.
