Unable to verify the first certificate with dsc tool

Issue

• Unable to use dsc tool, and when it is executed, we can see an error message:

$ dsc server:deploy
Error: unable to verify the first certificate
    at TLSSocket.onConnectSecure (node:_tls_wrap:1600:34)
    at TLSSocket.emit (node:events:517:28)
    at TLSSocket._finishInit (node:_tls_wrap:1017:8)
