Information regarding SSL Bridging configuration on external LB for default wildcard domain on Red Hat Openshift Container Platform 4

Issue

• After SSL bridging on external LB of default ingress wildcard, domain Web Console and CLI login fails.
• After SSL bridging on external LB, "Application is not available message" or 503 errors from the ingress controller are returned.
• After SSL bridging on external LB, wrong certificates are returned.
• After SSL bridging on external LB, some OCP components start complaining about x509 validation errors
