OpenShift OVN-Kubernetes Service LB does not update the endpoint when pod is in the terminating state
Issue
- The traffic forwarding for a Service or NodePort Service to the endpoint pods is disrupted when attempting to forward traffic to pods in the terminating state, resulting in connection failures.
