rhevm-manage-domains is unable to configure specific Active Directory sites to query

Issue

Using the command 'rhevm-manage-domains', I am unable to tell RHEV to only query specific Active Directory sites. I do not want RHEV to query every AD server in my global environment.
Some of my AD servers do not have the same user information as other server and because of this, ldap/kerberos queries from RHEV will fail if they hit one of these servers

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3
Active Directory environment with multiple sites configured
