Issue

In the WebUI -> Monitor -> Tasks page, the insights task Wait and Insights scheduled sync with the label InsightsCloud::async:InsightsScheduledSync is scheduled to run automatically at a specific time but it fails with the below error:

undefined method `[]' for false:FalseClass
```
