JDK8 u392 breaks 3rd party rpm dependency
Issue
The provides value changed in the java-1.8.0-openjdk-headless.x86_64, version 1:1.8.0.392.b08-2.el7_9, rpm.
Previous versions of this package listed java-headless = 1:1.8.0, and u392 has a specific minor version tied to it: java-headless = 1:1.8.0.392.b08-2.el7_9.
The result is that third-party packages that require specifically java-headless 1:1.8.0 are not compatible with JDK8 u392.
